Terms of Service
ASAS · Last updated 27 September 2026.
1. Agreement and accounts
These terms govern a business's use of an ASAS workspace. By applying for a workspace or using the service for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to represent it. Users must provide accurate details, protect their sign-in credentials and remove access when team members leave. Workspace applications may be reviewed.
2. Service and optional features
ASAS provides tools for customer records, appointments, messages and related operations. Some features, including external channels, AI and voice, require additional setup or connections and may not be available to every business. The business can manage the settings available to it. Messages can be delayed or fail because of a channel provider or recipient; we do not guarantee delivery or reading.
3. Your customers' information
The business is responsible for its basis for collecting customer information, its notices and required consents, record accuracy and responses to customers' rights requests. It must not store information it has no right to hold or send prohibited messages. We process customer information to provide the service under the business's instructions, as explained in the Privacy Policy. The service includes tools to request copies and erase records, subject to the limits and exceptions in that policy and the Data Deletion page.
4. Healthcare and AI
ASAS is an administrative tool, not an emergency service or a substitute for clinical judgment. Treatment decisions, clinical record accuracy and urgent care remain the business's and its practitioners' responsibility. AI output can be inaccurate; the business must configure, review and monitor what its assistant says to customers. Some actions require identity or permission checks, which vary by action and channel; a name appearing in a conversation is not by itself proof of identity.
5. Third parties and charges
A business connecting an external account or channel must be authorised to use it and comply with the provider's terms. Providers may change or withdraw their services. ASAS prices, plan limits and payment arrangements are set out at signup or in the business's agreement. A third party may charge separately under its arrangements with the business.
6. Availability, records and ending service
We aim to operate the service securely, but maintenance, provider failures and incidents may interrupt it. A severe hosting failure could cause the loss of data and backups, so the business should keep independent copies of essential records according to its obligations. A workspace owner may request closure. A platform administrator must review the request, and a period for downloading a copy may be available before erasure; we do not promise a fixed period or that an export covers every file or third-party copy. Legal claims and obligations may delay erasure. The Data Deletion page explains its scope.
7. Ownership
The business retains its rights in content it enters and permits ASAS to process that content to provide the service. Rights in the software and design remain with their owners.
8. Changes and contact
We will date updates to these terms and communicate material changes through available business channels before they take effect where required. For help, email admin@asaswebs.com.
